Unrestricted Free Agency Results

ALDRIDGE AND BUTLER BIG WINNERS
Oklahoma City opened their wallet to sign forward LaMarcus Aldridge to a three year $60 million deal. The agreement was the only max deal of Tier 1 Free Agency.
The Knicks also made a splash signing guard Jimmy Butler to a three year $54.3 million contract and forward Jae Crowder to a three year $30.3 million package.
The Lakers agreed to pay center Greg Monroe $15 million a year for the next three seasons. The Timberwolves convinced swingman Gordon Hayward to locate to Minnesota with a three year $42.6 million offer.
PAUL THE BIG LOSER
The biggest surprise of Tier 1 Unrestricted Free Agency was that All-Star point guard Chris Paul didn't receive a single offer. Paul will now fall into the free agent draft once the Free Agent signing period is over.

Restricted Free Agency Results
$60 million offers to Irving, Leonard, and Thompson matched.
Kawhi Leonard received plenty of interest as restricted free agency opened in the American Basketball Congress. Four teams offered the 24 year old small forward the maximum offer of $60 million over three years. However, Portland quickly matched ending any speculation. Guards Klay Thompson and Kyrie Irving also received league max offers. Washington wined and dined Thompson but Cleveland matched. Houston hoped to unite Irving with LeBron but San Antonio also matched.
Other high profile matches include Boston matching Minnesota's $51.75 million over three years to guard Kemba Walker, Phoenix matched Denver's three year $42.3 million offer to swingman Khris Middleton, and Portland had enough cap room remaining to match the three year $36 million offer from Oklahoma City for forward Tobias Harris.
The Knicks declined to match Dallas's center Jonas Valanciunas three year $48 million offer. Dallas also decided to part ways with swingman Will Barton who moves on to Oklahoma City signing a three year $30 million offer.
